My name is Rahil. Though belonging to a very humble household where we could barely make ends meet I always had big aspirations. I am pursuing my B.E. in Mechanical Engg. from AIKTC School of Engineering and Technology, New Panvel. However like all good things, Education also comes with an expense and in this case quite a big one. In the initial years with my Family’s savings and several generous Scholarships I had managed to pull it through. But recently I could see my Family’s finances dwindling and this posed a big concern for me as to how I could fund my Education further. However by the grace of Allah SWT I was introduced to AMP who volunteered to relieve my financial troubles through their Scholarship program. I was elated and relieved on receiving this timely aid as this meant that I could now concentrate on my studies without any burden on my mind. I am strongly inspired by the work AMP is doing and would sincerely like to associate with them in the near future. Today I am a ‘beneficiary’ but I dream to become a ‘benefactor’ tomorrow. I pray to Allah to grant AMP the means of reaching out to and helping as many people as possible through this noble endeavor.”
